It think this was the first photo I took, and you'll be able to see from my hair. Was rather neat and tidy at first, then got so messy after that. ahaha.

Shall go on to talk about CO! Had our AGM on Saturday, there's now a new EXCO! Though I must say, the whole meeting took a looooooooong time!!!!!!!!!!! We started at 3 plus, and ended around 8 plus. OH OH OH!!!!! I saw my EC!!!!!! Was quite shocked to see him there, and superrr excited when I realised he had to present on admin stuffs for the previous concert. First time hearing him speak so much!!!! OMG!!! And I totally sound like a crazy teen-girlish fan here, pls excuse me! Can't control my excitement wahahaha. Kept twittering to KL about him, can see she got a little annoyed after some time. Haha! Eh, I havent seen him for so long already! Pardon me ok! :) Hearing him was a little......oh well! I prefer him playing his instrument haha :) But it should be the last time that I'm seeing him, since I'll be leaving co already...awww...
Congrats to the new EXCO!!! I think the next batch are really quite lucky to be under QL and J, they are so nice and funny ppl! It should be fun with them heading the whole orchestra :) Ok, to speak a fair word, the 35th EXCO also did quite well. I guess most of their efforts were backstage, not shown to the orchestra. Well, I understand that it's not easy to run such a big group of ppl, and I believe they have done their best. Their work is still appreciated by the members, will not be forgotten.

Went to 扫墓 (pay my ancestral respects) today together with my family. About 20 of us, we rented a minibus which fetched us to and fro. Our family started this "tradition" about 3 years ago, and I think it's a great practice. In the past years, we always had to car pool, having like 4 or 5 cars going at the same time. We always had parking problems, and it was hard for our cars to go into the small roads too. Now the minibus just drops us at the nearest possible distance, and just walk in without having to worry about parking. We went to my great-grandmother's tomb first, reached there about 8. I still remember when I was young, it was like a maze trying to get to her tomb. The grass was high, there were many holes and sticks on the ground which made it very hard for us to walk. It's now much easier to get in, as we found a shorter route, and the grass is now always cut nicely. However, I do miss a little of the times when we had to watch out for one another as we trudged through the "jungle maze", holding onto each other's hands to help. We used to have to avoid stepping on other tombs, which is a form of disrespect. It's so much easier now, but yet seemed to have lost the "feel" from the past.
Paid our respects, and we moved on to Guang Ming Shan. My grandfather, big uncle and cousin's grandfather's ashes are kept there. There were manyyy people praying too, and the whole place was super smoky. Alot of our eyes kept tearing, and it was hard to keep them open. We had to place our offerings and joss sticks outside, then go into a place where all the ashes are kept. This sense of sadness and sorrow just gets to me whenever I go there. Sighh. Always feel like tearing when I see my grandfather and big uncle's photos. Although it has been years since they left us, they will always be a part of our family, and we'll always remember them in our hearts. :) I think, when you experience the feeling of losing someone, you tend to treasure happiness and what you have more. BUT! Please don't wait till then, for it would be too late. Treasure all you have NOW, whether good or bad. It's all part of life, to make us into better people, make us into who we are and who we will be.

Went to IKEA after that, finally got the table and chair I needed for my room! yay. Will be delivered to my house on tuesday, can't wait! :)
