Bird in the house yo!

It's soo hot these 2 days!! I just went out of the house to run an errand just now, and I came home sweating. The moment I got into the car, my glasses fogged up due to the heat! Woahh... The weather makes me feel so sleepy, everytime I open my books my eyes feel like closing, my brain feels fuzzy... Ok, I admit, it's not all about the weather, but oh well! It does make me feel less like studying...

My house had an unexpected guest yesterday night!! Haha. We had just returned home from my grandma house, and I was opening the balcony door when I suddenly heard this fluttering sound. I, personally, is VERY scared of hearing fluttering sounds. It usually means there's either a flying cockroach, beetle or a moth. And if you look at my profile, I am afraid of most things that can fly. Anything, everything. I saw this black thing with wings fluttering, and my first thought was "oh shit is that a humongous cockroach?!?!!?!?!?!?" I ran off, then came back again to check out what the thing was. (See how courageous I am? wahaha!) The thing flew up and I could see clearly, it was a bird. A small little bird. It couldn't fly very high, so I assumed it was injured. I quickly told my parents that there's an injured bird in our balcony. They went like "huh bird??" cos it's like one in a million chance that a bird would fall in our balcony.

They went with me to see, and the poor bird kept fluttering around, like it couldn't fly high. We decided to give it fruits to eat, and some water. Me and my mum cut a peach, and placed it inside a container with some water. But when I went back out, the bird was gone already. We looked around the balcony, but there was no sight of it. We placed the container outside, as we were thinking that it might fly back again. Just then, I turned and saw the bird flying inside our living room. I gave out this shriek and told my mom "IT'S INSIDE THE HOUSE!!!" Haha! My parents were kind of thrilled, cos we seldom get such visitors! I wasn't too thrilled though, cos I do not like things that fly!! Haha, unless it's tame and behaves, not one that flies all over the place!!! It started to fly from one end of our house to the other end, perching itself on the curtain rod. Each time it flew, I would shriek and bend my body low. Haha, I did that continuosly for what felt like a million times, until I was sweating all over. HAHAHA. I couldn't understand why my parents could just watch it fly here and there like they a bird flying around our house everyday. I was so scared that it would just land on my head, or decide to peck at me. Hahaha, I'm just being paranoid I know. Anyway, my mum says it's a hummingbird(that explains all the fluttering i heard), and we are guessing that it's a baby one. It's quite tiny and small, and it's yellow in colour! Quite cute actually. I took many photos of it, but it was too small to show up nicely.

It kept flying to and fro for the whole night; was until we went to sleep did it perch itself on the living room curtain rod and stopped flying. It was sleeping i guess... We left a small nightlight for it, but when my dad looked for it in the morning it was gone already. Oh well, although it was just a short visit, was still quite exciting! :) It makes me feel a teeny weeny less scared of birds that come near to me now! haha. There's still a little mystery though, if it could fly so well to and fro around our house, why was it fluttering around in my balcony and wasn't able to fly out? And the door of our balcony was open wide throughout before we went to bed, so why didn't it fly out immediately at the first chence, but chose to stay in our house? Ahhh..I guess it's a mystery only the bird knows.. (my mum kept insisting that it likes our house though :))

Ok! shall zoom off to do my studying now...Bye people!! :)

Have nothing much to blog actually, but shall just make a short one! Today is the last day of school! And it happens to have the worst timetable of all. Had lessons consecutively from 10 to 6, shagged!! And I took cab to school again, cos I didn't want to be late for lessons. I think this is my 4th time taking cab down already?! Sigh, I just can't seem to be on time, a habit I find so hard to change!!! humph. Lazy me!! Oh well, but lucky I had my neighbourhood neighbour who took down with me twice, so we could share costs!! Hehehe :P Glad to have a neighbourhood neighbour! (who seemed to have a larger tendency to be late this sem ahh..haha! If you are reading this, what happened to the on-time you??? hahaha influenced by me issit :P)

Last day of school, but there's this feeling of dread... Exams are coming in 8 days!!! Goshh... I know I've said this alot of times, but time flies this sem!!!!!!! Seemed to have been over in the blink of an eye.. Year 3 next year, OMG. Can't believed that I've come that far. Hope I can survive well for my remaining sems in NUS :)

Been hooked onto this game on fb recently, called "Restaurant City". Muahaha. It's quite a no-brainer, but it's still fun in a way i guess.. I like to see my points and rank increase!! hehe :P We can also trade ingredients with each other, to exchange for the ones that you need to cook the dish that you want. Oh and I like to decorate my restaurant, so fun! haha :)

Sometimes, I wonder what people are thinking when there's no need to use their brains. Like for example, when you are on the train, when you are showering, when you are lying on the bed before you fall asleep... What do you think about?? For me, I realise I'm perpetually humming and thinking about songs 90% of the time. When I'm bored, or when I'm doing monotonous stuffs, songs will start running through my head. It's like an urge I can't control. Haha! Was humming halfway today in the toilet when I suddenly wondered what do other people think about. So I thought I'll blog about it! even though my blog can't reach out to everyone out there..hahaha...

I'll be going to Poland from 29th June to 9th July!!! Wheeeeee!!! :) So excited to go to an European country!! Will be going with NUSCO for a competition, then touring around for the next few days. Haha yeah I know it sounds weird going to Europe for a CO competition, but yeah we are!!! :D:D Can't wait to go!! This would be my first time going for an overseas competition, and I'm sure there'll be lotsss of effort required for our training beforehand... The feeling would be so different from usual touring i guess, with the mixture of some nervousness and anxiousness (are there such words?? :P). But I'm quite sure it'll still be a memorable experience, and hope it'll be FUN!!! :))

Today felt like a holiday! haha. Didn't touch my books at all today, cos i promised myself a break before the mugging period starts. Am officially done with all my tests and assignments, yippiee!! :) That, also concludes my year 2 semester 2. It's kind of scary how fast time flies, I can't seem to get a hold on it. I guess this sem hasn't been too busy, at least I felt ok with the workload, though I must admit that level 3000 mods are really tough. I feel the strain and the stress, much more than I felt previously. Taking 4 level 3000 mods tgt is really quite heavy and tedious! Must really muggg hard for the finals, I MUST do well this sem!!!!!!!!!!! Competition is scary.

Went to watch "Confessions of a Shopaholic" yesterday. It was quite good! Funny, yet touching towards the end. I like the main leads!! The girl is pretty, and the guy is not too bad looking, but I think I find him good looking because of the movie. Don't think I'll be attracted if I didn't watch it, hehe. Watching it made me want to shop shop SHOP!! hhahaha!


I want to blog about my idol, one that I've liked since secondary school. Ahaha pls dunnnnnn roll your eyes!! Yea I know I'm probably a little too old to go gaga over idols, but I recently came across him on tv, and I wanted to SHARE!! :)Heehee...

So, his name is 王仁甫(Zax Wang) , a part of a band called 5566! hahahahahaha... I know they are super old school already, but I still quite like them! I am sooo loyal, you see? haha! It's good you know! You see, if you are my friend, I will be very loyal to you too! :)) Anyway, he got married recently, and I came across him in this show with his wife(季芹) talking about how they got together, how they stayed tgt despite all the obstacles. Oh, for those who know who is he, they were together for about 7 years before they had their first child, so it's not really shotgun! :)

They have 2 children, one girl one boy. Yeah, they had children before getting married. But oh well, that is not the point. What I wanted to share about was their wedding! I read on the net that Zax Wang actually spent "slightly less than $100,000 US" on their wedding, which is totally OMG!! 完全娱乐 showed their whole wedding, including the before and after. When I first saw the actual wedding, I felt so touched. Zax Wang and Ji Qin both kept crying, and even Ji Qin's father cried. Zax Wang is always joking in front of the camera, but during his wedding could see that he took it very seriously and respectingly. It's evident to anyone watching that his tears are so real, so full of sincerity and happiness. They filmed them rehearsing, and even during then he was crying. It's kind of like a face of him that I've never seen before. All along, he was the humourous and funny guy who kept cracking jokes and making fun. To see him standing there, waiting to receive the love of his life is such a blissful sight.

I want a wedding like that in future, I want a husband like that too!!! HAhaha! From the whole process of their filming, it's totally obvious how in love they are together, and how much he dotes on her. The way he looks at her is superrr sweet, something that no one can fake. Can see that he really treasures and loves Ji Qin, which is what every girl wants of their other half. Just that simple. :) And he is always so funny at the right times!! haha!
